BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced a recruitment notification for the positions of Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer on its official website. The company has recruited a total of 137 posts for its CRL-Ghaziabad unit through a recruitment drive on a temporary basis. Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. (4-year course) degree in Computer Science Engineering from a recognized university, institution, or college. General, EWS, and OBC candidates must have at least a pass class or higher, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates require a pass class.

Selection Process
The selection process for these positions involves a written test followed by an interview. Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the written test will be invited to the interview. The final selection will allocate 85% weightage to the written test and 15% to the interview. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio, based on merit, category, and discipline.
Salary
Candidates selected for the Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer posts at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will receive a pay scale of Rs. 30,000/- to 55,000/- per month. The remuneration package includes basic pay along with additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Perquisites (35% of annual basic pay), Performance-Related Pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity (if applicable), and other allowances as per company rules.
